Because our products use natural materials, individual pieces may vary in color, clarity, inclusions, texture and appearance. These natural variations are inherent to the product and are not defects.

4. Orders and payment
Prices and availability may change without notice.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order due to:

- pricing errors;
- suspected fraud or unlawful activity;

If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide an appropriate refund.

5. Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations

5.2 Returns
Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, you may request a voluntary return within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a voluntary return, items must generally be:
- unused and unworn;
- in the same condition as received;
- returned with original packaging, tags, certificates and accessories where applicable; and
- otherwise eligible under our Return and Refund Policy.
Certain items may not be eligible for voluntary return, including personalized, engraved or custom-made items, used or altered items, and items clearly identified as final sale or non-returnable, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights, legal guarantees, warranties or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

5.3 Refunds
Approved voluntary return refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of their return, unless a different period or procedure is required by applicable law.
Where a refund is required because an order is cancelled, an item is defective or another statutory remedy applies, the applicable legal requirements will govern the timing and method of the refund.
Your payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to make the refunded amount available to you.
5.4 Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially non-conforming item, please submit a request through the “Request after-sales support” link associated with your order.
We may ask for photographs or other information reasonably necessary to assess the issue.
We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund or reimbursement of applicable return shipping costs, as required by applicable law.
Any timeframes stated for submitting an after-sales request are intended to facilitate prompt processing and do not limit mandatory statutory rights.
5.5 Order cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order is shipped.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation may be handled as a return under these Terms and our Return and Refund Policy.

Information regarding natural, aesthetic, traditional or cultural associations of materials is provided for informational purposes only.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for professional health advice.

7. Intellectual property

Wholesale and trade customers remain subject to these Terms unless separate written terms have been agreed with us.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the voluntary return and refund provisions in these Terms and our Return and Refund Policy are intended for consumer purchases and may not apply to wholesale or trade orders. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
